PSHSS admin reminds its constituents on module fair use policy

Philippine Science High School (PSHS) System Executive Director Lilia Habacon reminded the scholars and personnel of the PSHS System to follow the internal rules and law on blended/remote learning.

As per PSHS Memorandum 18 dated January 29, 2021, Habacon reiterated the contents of the system’s Acceptable Use Policy for Blended/Remote Learning of Students and Personnel that states provisions regarding the fair use of PSHSS’ student learning guides.

Before this issuance, the system received reports on several uploads of student learning guides on several tutorial platforms without authorized permission.

The system head requested campus directors to remind and monitor their constituents, stating school and personal protection on the matter.

Unauthorized upload of student learning guides violates the system’s internal policy and the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293).
